Introduction
As a therapist, it is important to me to provide my clients with the type of care that suits them best. My goal is to create a safe and accepting environment for my clients where they can open up with confidence. In my work, I aim to approach my clients’ inner worlds with openness and acceptance, and I take into account the social issues that affect them.
I incorporate tools from positive psychology and mindfulness, blending them with the social
perspective of critical psychology and a neuroaffirmative therapeutic approach. In my
practice, I place special emphasis on supporting clients with autism and ADHD, alongside neurotypical individuals.
Through psychological counceling, I support my adult clients to find fulfillment, self-acceptance, and growth in areas such as the following:
- Self-awareness
- Confidence building
- Relationship issues
- Quarter-life / midlife crisis
- Anxiety and stress management
- LGBTQ+ topics
- ADHD and autism in adulthood
- Grief counseling
- Health anxiety
- Eco-anxiety
I offer psychological counseling and coaching in both English and Hungarian either online or in person (Budapest, District VII, near Deák Ferenc square, by the terminus of tram lines 47 and 49).

Approaches
Neuroaffirmative Therapeutic Approach
The neuroaffirmative approach offers a holistic toolkit that provides safe and personalized
support for clients with autism and ADHD.
Neuroaffirmative therapy focuses on self-acceptance, fostering a positive self-image, and recognizing individual needs. This approach rejects pathologizing and emphasizes individual strengths.
Positive Psychology
Positive psychology focuses on individual strengths and behavioral patterns that help people live meaningful lives. It emphasizes life satisfaction and long-term happiness through personal growth.
My goal as a therapist when using this method is to help my clients grow beyond mere survival, and help them to thrive and lead fulfilling lives.
Critical Psychology
Critical psychology seeks to address mental health within the context of social inequality and
power dynamics. In my work as a therapist, I aim to understand and incorporate how my clients’ cultural backgrounds influence their mental health.
While critical psychology acknowledges the importance of individual therapy, it also encourages the re-evaluation of traditional methods and promotes awareness of social factors beyond personal coping strategies.
Coaching Psychology
Coaching psychology is a newer branch of psychology. It has two main pillars: the person-centric, humanistic approach of Carl Rogers and the development-focused, practice-based methods of positive psychology.
The aim of this approach is to support the individual’s well-being and everyday effectiveness, helping them achieve their personal goals.
